I bridge the gap between two distinct environments: shaping high-impact product strategy for fintech scale-ups and Fortune 500s, and coaching junior talent up to elite national athletes driving for the world stage. Both worlds rely on the exact same engine: understanding human behaviour to engineer excellence.
With over 15 years of global experience across Europe, the US, and Africa, I operate right at the intersection of data, psychology, and operational strategy. I hold a Master’s degree in Strategic Product Design (Cum Laude) from Delft University of Technology, which essentially taught me how to cut through chaos and turn complex problems into clear, actionable game plans.

I split my time between two different worlds that feed the exact same methodology:
Product & Business Strategy: I act as a behavioural architect for brands. As a former leadership team member at Yoco, I built their Customer Insight, Design and Experience practice from scratch and helped scale the business from 40k to over 300k merchants. From designing AI-driven coaching platforms to leading multi-million dollar research portfolios for clients like Intel and ING Bank, I build the frameworks that let teams execute flawlessly under pressure.
Elite Sport Leadership: I apply those exact same principles of behavioural dynamics and mental resilience to high-performance rowing. I’m currently coaching the South African National Beach Sprint Team for the 2028 Olympic cycle. Previously, I coached the University of Cape Town’s rowing team to back-to-back Men’s Boat Race victories, breaking a 22-year drought and becoming the first female coach named UCT Sports Coach of the Year.
