Beach Sprints is rowing’s newest and most dynamic discipline, set to make its Olympic debut at the Los Angeles Games in 2028. With its 500m head-to-head format, dramatic beach starts, and sprint finishes through the surf, it has captured global attention as a fast, exciting, and highly accessible sport.

In March 2025 I was invited to join a select national coaching staff to chart the course toward LA 2028!

Since then, we have designed and executed elite conditioning and tactical programs that secured a Top 8 global finish at the 2025 World Finals (Antalya, Türkiye) alongside a historic 9-medal sweep at the 2025 African Beach Sprint Championships.
