In a recent project with the founding director and team of the d-School, we facilitated a comprehensive process to assess the current application of cutting-edge innovation methods within their offerings and operating model.

Leveraging these insights through collaborative design, we developed a new product and business strategy alongside an updated operating model, complete with a clear timeline and measurement framework.
